"All in all nice little cottage for a couple and good as was pet friendly to go up Durham to visit our son up uni and take our dog to see him too. Cottage was nice a little place although i think the tv was slightly too high on wall. As we arrived there were 3 plumbing vans parked outside so had to park out side another cottage for bout hour n half till they moved their vans after going in pub at front of cottages before parking own car then outside our own cottage. "The property was large and was a good base to use being about 20 minutes from a beach and about 10 minutes walk from a park with swings etc for the grandchildren. It was about 5 minutes drive from an Aldi and Lidl. "

"When travelling with my elderly mother who has a mobility aid, it is often difficult to find a place as comfortable as this. Everything is on one level (no steps), a walk-in shower with a shower chair, and it was warm and cosy when the weather became cold. There were gifts for us on arrival as well! Biscuits, wine... what a treat! "
