Two nights stay, Ivwas happy they have TNT in the down stairs bar. The tv wouldnt link to my phone or could i connect my firestick so one night i had to endure normal tv. Thats why 4 instead of 5 stars. Very clean and friendly staff as always."

"We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. "This is now our third visit to this hotel and it is our go-to hotel in Basingstoke. You cannot ask for more helpful, kindly and welcoming staff. They always go the extra mile. Professional, pro-active, engaged with our needs. Great location on the outer ring road, conveniently located for snacking outlets (M & S food, Asda) offering great picnic food. Rooms are clean, well-lit and well designed. Good sound insulation between rooms, excellent sound insulation from the outside, so zero traffic...
