"Major issue with safety as bedside lamps were hanging by their electrical cord. Also arriving at 5pm the room was not ready as they were short of staff. Quality of food at breakfast was really good but took a long time to prepare and the staff were trying to close the dining area while guests were still eating"

"The room was excellent. Comfortable, well equipped and modern. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The only downside was the quality of the food. It arrived barely warm and both the steak and the chicken dishes were very tough. "

"The rooms were very comfortable and clean, this hotel is a great option convenient to Marlow and Bray, friendly welcome and price. The staff were very friendly and we had everything we needed for our stay, complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits and tipple were a nice touch. There is no carpark but we used the carpark close by which was fine. "Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation.
