"The staff were very friendly and helpful at The Millers The quality of the food was good and well presented. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is a good choice on the menu but only one item can be chosen. There is not an option for cereals, pastries and toast with jam and marmalade. The pub is undergoing a refurbishment but this did not interfere with our stay as it has started on the outside of the building. The location is great, with a car park across the road, and is in easy walking...

"I arrived quite late so did not use the bar of restaurant, however in the morning did find a gorgeous ambience, very Christmassy now to. My room 14 was in stable block, unfortunately fir me i was above the washing machine so between 22:45 & 01:30 my sleep was broken each time it hut a spin cycle with a loud tapping from corner of the room. "An excellent facility in the cathedral complex which was just what we wanted. We love the cathedral and it is so central to everywhere we wanted to go. At night the floodlit building is magical - photo is from our room window."
