"Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!"

Be prepared with food and drinks when you arrive especially at night because there is no place to grab a drink or snack. "Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "
