I requested a broom & squeegee to clean my patio & windows. The hotel sent someone to clean it up. The other issue was the outdoor bar seating areas. "I have stayed over 30 times and its a great place with convenient location to restaurants, shopping galore and great views of Copacabana Beach. It has a recently remodeled rooptop infinity pool and solarium. Now, the breakfast buffet auditorium is a disaster. The hotel is always full so breakfast areas are jammed packed and the buffet is mainly at one wall. They should consider having 2 main areas (one being the present wall and the back wall) and 2 separate satellite for breads, cold cuts,...
