Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Parece decair no aspecto limpeza.
Já havia me hospedado anteriormente. O atendimento e o conforto são condizentes com um hotel que parece ser usado apenas por hóspedes a trabalho, portanto menos exigentes. Em resumo, sem criticas a esses dois pontos. Mas a limpeza parece ter relaxado. Os elevadores tinham uma aparencia horrível, com revestimento interno que parecia nao ser limpo há tempo. Ainda é bom, mas já foi melhor...
Já nos hospedamos nesse hotel a bastante tempo e costumava ser muito bom, o melhor da região. Após a pandemia percebemos uma queda na qualidade da manutenção. A limpeza no nosso quarto estava boa, mas o mesmo não aconteceu nos corredores. O atendimento por parte dos funcionários é excelente, os amenities de banho também, mas a estrutura está deixando a desejar. Toalhas gastas, o frigobar não estava funcionando (foi trocado no dia seguinte), fronhas com manchas e lençol com um furo. O café da manhã continua bom. Dessa vez não jantamos no hotel, optamos por jantar fora (há restaurantes e lanchonetes no shopping ao lado) ou pedir comida, mas costumava ser bom.

Quartos amplos, limpos, ponto negativo que eu achei foi o fato de ter apenas 1 toalha para o casal e a iluminação do quarto, pra o meu gosto deveria ser mais claro. Atendimento de todos os colaboradores excelente, muito prestativos e educados.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom serviço de atendimento, tanto no check-in, check-out e restaurante. No entanto, a manutenção do quarto, pelo menos o que ficamos, estava precária, com filtro ar condicionado aparentando sujeira e mofo nas paredes, principalmente no banheiro. Não foi uma experiência agradável, infelizmente.
