"We throughly enjoyed our stayed. The location couldn’t be better. a few steps from el Zocalo, closed to restaurants and shops. Antonio and the front desk staff were always extremely courteous and willing to guide us. The only thing that needs improvement/training would be the staff at the coffee/snack bar, the staff are not very attentive, they would be talking among themselves while guest would be waiting to be acknowledged but other than that we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Mexico City. "
