"The resort is very beautiful especially the rooms with plain view of the skyline and sunset. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend. The service is what makes this place lower than other five star resorts. The staff are young and still learning about luxury service. Outside of the restaurants, you have to chase them down for requests (poolside service, clear room service tray when it’s left outside the room for over 12 hours, help with bags at check in/check out). "Great resort. We were two adults and two teens. The location in West Bay is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the resort area and just steps from the beach. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with beachside service. The resort’s pool was a great to relax, and the rooftop pool was quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ideal beachfront getaway with top-notch amenities and service. Thank you!"
