"The check is process was sketchy, the room was left open and the key on the table. The listing says Lawson Rock when the location is Coxen Cove (Las Palmas). The resturant on the property was rarely open and going off the resort walking distance is unsafe. There was no water the day we checked in, no hot water the entire time and cleaning the room was sporatic."

"We chose to stay mid island for the past few nights of our trip so we could experience more local culture in the middle and East End. We had no problem locating the house. We asked for directions a few times and everyone was very helpful. We chose this accommodation due to its views and proximity to a swimming beach. Upon arriving we noticed the construction of new homes is blocking the views to the sea from the main floor. You can still see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom decks, however....

"Absolutely stunning property. Pool is nice and cool and deep. Carolina was extremely helpful and kind. You would absolutely need to have a vehicle of some sort. The beach and restaurant is a good walk down, but up is a steep hill. Be aware of that. Other that that a fantastic place."

"This was such a beautiful spot to relax. Views in every direction.... The house was perfect: lots of room, well-equipped kitchen, and the fans were all we needed to keep comfortable. Most of the time there was a lovely breeze. The pool area was perfect at all times of the day. Nancy and Phil could not have been more helpful.... Kayaaks were such a plus for exploring the mangrove tunnels , restaurants (Tricos was by far our favourite local spot)...and snorkelling spots nearby. A lovely relaxing...

"We loved the condo. It was perfect for us and our teen. It was clean, spacious, and the front porch was amazing. We would book this condo again. The staff at Infinity Bay was wonderful and without us requesting, they cleaned our condo every day. Initially I didn’t think this would be necessary but underestimated the amount of sand that would be brought in no matter how much we tried to prevent it. The condo is in arguably the best location on west bay. The in unit laundry is also a perk."
