"We spent a week in the Sunset View 2. It was unseasonably rainy but the big balcony looking right at the sea framed by swaying palms made it hard to leave to go do other things in Roatan. Blue Bahia is a charming, small resort with a dive shop and beach grill. It almost feels like a tiny village. We ate breakfasts and several lunches and dinners at the grill, walked to a fine dining restaurant a few times just down the beach, and to an excellent spa also practically next door. We were a 5 minute drive from West End and only a few more to West Bay. You can kayak out to the reef straight ahead and snorkel. The weather didn’t really cooperate with us to do that until we were leaving but next time for sure."

"This property was exactly what we had in mind, a cozy little Casita on the ocean. Even though it was small, the kitchen was very well stocked and the bathroom was also nice. The shower was hot and had great pressure! The dock was wonderful to go sit on and have coffee and breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even offering to do a load of laundry for us! We were within walking distance of restaurants and the Sandy Bay Dive shop. Victor, the security guard at night, really helped us feel safe and protected. It was perfect. The only advice I would give other travelers is to research how much excursions (like snorkeling and fishing) and things like that cost before you arrive. We ran into some opportunists! "

"For a group that loves to cook and hang out after a long day on the water, this property with its courtyard-style pool surrounded by a luscious landscape was perfect. Inside the air-conditioned chef's kitchen and lounging area provided another place for us to eat and share stories. There's a professional onsite gym that a few of us used! Loriza, our sweet caretaker, made us a traditional Honduran meal and took great care of the house during our stay. We couldn't have asked for more. Good to know ahead... there are a lot of steps to get up to the house and to your rooms. It was good exercise for us. "

"It was a nice stay amidst the beautiful landscape. Convenient location to the west end, west bay beach etc. There is a beach at the walkable distance. Owner Cheryl was very helpful in providing all the information and served with a very delicious breakfast in the morning. She was very knowledgeable person and provided insights to different places in and around the area to visit. Had a very nice time chatting with her. There is a very beautiful and clean swimming pool right in front of the cafe. It was overall a very positive experience for me. I would definitely recommend the stay here and would come back with family next time when I visit Roatan."

"The Reef Beach House was just as described online. It had everything needed for a great vacation. The outdoor deck space was large and comfortable with plenty of seating and the perfect spot to relax. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and was well stocked with games, books, beach towels, sand toys and the kayaks were so much fun. Being within walking distance to two great restaurants was amazing!"

Franklin, Rudy, Samir, Ruby, Harry, Cesia, Jan, Denry, Osman, and Mr. Hernandez all contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere (there were others, I am sorry I can’t recall their names). Their friendliness and dedication make your stay not just a vacation, but an experience filled with genuine connections and unforgettable moments. If you’re looking for a serene getaway where you can feel at home while exploring some of the world’s most beautiful underwater landscapes, Tranquilseas is the perfect destination. I can’t recommend it highly enough! We will be back! "
