"Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! We were a group of two adults and three kids (ages 7, 10, and 13), and it was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is perched on a hill just a short walk from the beach, located in a quiet, gated neighborhood that felt extremely safe.The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, and the theatre room made for cozy movie nights. The location is ideal—just 10 minutes from French Harbor, giving us easy access to a variety of activities like visiting monkeys and sloths, snorkeling, diving, and dining.One of the highlights of our trip was the cook recommended by the property manager. It was a game-changer, especially for my wife, who truly got to relax and enjoy her vacation without worrying about cooking or cleaning.A bonus that isn’t mentioned in the listing is the whole-house generator. During our stay, there were a few brief power outages, but the house never missed a beat thanks to the generator—a thoughtful and invaluable feature.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations with its comfort, amenities, and attention to detail. When we return to Roatan, we’ll absolutely try to book this house again!"

"This beautiful property is exactly as described. We spent 2 weeks here in December/January with our adult children. Every morning we had coffee on the porch looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. The kids went diving with the dive shop right at the resort. We had security around the clock and always felt completely relaxed and peaceful. It is a beautiful place and we would love to return someday!"

"The villa was nice, but that's it. When we arrived we were told the community pool and beach were part of the beach club & NOT included in our rental. The extra price was 15per person per day to access the beach and pool. (540 for my family). (It was unclear whether we had free access to the beach).The listing said nothing about beach & pool being extra (now it does) and had old photos showing direct access to the pools and beach and the listing stated “community pool and private beach just steps away” (this has since been changed). At the end of the second day, the concierge made us a deal for 15 per person (90 total) one-time for access for the rest of the week. This was not her problem, but she felt sorry for how misleading the listing was and how the management was dealing with us. Once we had access, there was also a large locked fence separating the house from the community pool and beach (Which the property manager said was news to them??). We had to walk around this eyesore to the entrance of the beach club to get to the pool & beach that were literally "steps away".At 7:45 every day the beach club staff started with blowers, weed wackers, mowers and pressure washers. This constant noise lasted until 11 every day but Sunday. At the same time, they BLASTED music at the pool even when no one was there. Throughout the day they would also play DIFFERENT music at the beach. There was literally nowhere to go to avoid the noise INCLUDING at my own villa."

"This property was exactly as the pictures showed on the listing! The view from the pool deck overlooked the golf course and the ocean beyond- absolutely beautiful! The layout was great- plenty of room and generous bedroom/bath combos. This was the perfect layout for a family with almost adult children. We rented a golf car(plus had a car) to get to the beach club. The pool was expansive and the beach lovely. Our property manager, Robert, was exceptional. He attended to the few things we needed during our stay quickly. The unit was missing the washing machine and somehow he managed to have it installed within 48 hours on an island- Inhave been all over and never seen anything move that fast. Robert was timely and easy to work with. I highly recommend! As for the pricing on the electric. We stayed 8 nights and the bill was under $200. Probably only that high because my son keeps his room freezing. This is an exceptional value at a super property. The island was rugged and beautiful and the people we encountered were fantastic! "Our overall experience with the house as well as Carolina was nothing short of amazing. The house is located in a gated like community. We never did not feel safe. A security guard checks you in each time you come into the neighborhood to ensure no strangers are coming in. We got to the house and our breath was taken away. Its a huge house, tons of room, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The wifi worked great and the best part of it all, the air conditioning was AMAZING!!! (In Roatan you don't have that most places) You have your own private beach that is cleaned and raked every couple of mornings if not every morning. We hung out in the pool everyday just about and even at night time. At night time they have security guards drive up and down the beach to ensure no trespassers as well. Carolina was very responsive and got everything we needed. She was the best property manger we have had on VRBO to this date. You are a 2 min drive to the Roatan Brewing Company which has amazing drinks and food. Everything else on the island is a short 15-20 min drive. West Bay was only a 20 min drive. This is our second time in Roatan and this house is located perfectly on the island to get to any location quickly. I will recommend this house to ANYONE going to Roatan and we will 100% be coming back. Well done!"
