"The hotel and the room were beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. However, considering the calibre of hotel this was supposed to be there were some disappointments. When we got to our room we learned that the USB ports and outlets at the desk and on one side of the bedroom did not work. We can to call for a technician.
