"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...

"As a regularly travelling couple, we aren't particularly picky over our accomodations. We have been to Egypt somewhere around 30 times, so we know about standards and what to actually expect. I sent 2 emails to the hotel in advance of our holiday advising them we would be arriving early and asking if they had an airport shuttle service. Never received a reply. "There were so many dead ants all over the bathroom and living room.... Tv is about 30 years old .... The only thing clean (I'm hoping) were the bed sheets.... Never again. Never never never "

"Secondo me l'hotel è il migliore a Naama bay. Ha una bellissima spiaggia e la barriera corallina direttamente davanti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e educato. Abbiamo preso all inclusive e ci siamo trovati bene con il buffet molto variegato, insalate, pesce, carne e griglia tutte le sere. Se dovessimo tornare a Sharm el Sheik, torneremo sicuramente qui."

"Liked the family feel we stayed for 6 days and it was probsbly the right amoint of time , good vibes from staff and a nice family feel . Pool was fun to be around and food was good . We enjoyed the ease of walking anywhere in 5 minites and even the beach and place transport was good and functioned well. Overall a good expericence with a,week the limit on the stay and we felt we did all we wanted to do "

"The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. Maximum travel was 20 minutes to Quad bikes. WiFi was good...

"The worst thing is that no internet in rooms, only reception and restaurant , mattress was very hard (not comfortable) What I liked about it is that it’s right on the beach and the venu is very nice "

"I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants...
