"The hotel itself was great and all staff were welcoming and lovely. My room was pristine and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food was perfect (I LOVED the burger and chips), but the buffet breakfast probably wouldn’t be good for picky European eaters (I’m sure one morning I had what looked to be mincemeat??)- whilst the buffet breakfast food may have been different to what I’m used to, it was still very very nice. My only downside to this hotel is the location- there is a big shopping...

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel. It was perfect for a week's stay in Merida. The location is central, yet quiet. There's plenty of coffee and food options close by. We felt very safe at night. The room is GORGEOUS and the pool is divine. Already planning my next trip! Shout out to all the wonderful, friendly staff who helped us with a ride from the airport and a beach day."

"La propiedad esta unicada cm a 10min caminando del centro turistico, el servicio es excelente, el estacionamiento queda como a 5min caminando. Los cuartos modernos y perfectos. La piscina estaba fuera de servicio por remodelación, brindaron opcion de ir caminando 10min a otro hotel. Recomendado!"
