"Very nice hotel in an excellent and central location. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel allowed us to check in at 10am - as our room was available. That was very helpful indeed. A gentleman at reception was able to make a last minute reservation at an excellent restaurant on one of the busiest nights of the year. "

"Reception staff are fantastic and very friendly. It's centrally located to the CBD, Darling Harbour and a short walk to Chinatown and Paddy's market. The entrance is nice and professional. My only criticism would be that the building is in need of a fresh lick of paint. It's obviously an old building converted into the hotel, and this gives it the lovely period feel, but on fine inspection you start to notice the problems.
