"Es mi segunda visita a Florencia y decidi volver al mismo hotel por su excelente ubicacion, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, la brillante atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Es muy comodo, calido, limpio, excelente desayuno. La unica critica es el pesimo servicio de internet que tiene. Si bien son cosas que pueden fallar de manera temporal, en mis 2 visitas sucedio lo mismo."

"I messaged the staff about checking in late due to a delayed flight and they were reassuring that there would be no worries. My room was very clean and nice. Perfect location making it easy for us to walk around the city with everything being at most a 15 minute walk. When we checked out the staff offered us to order us a taxi or keep our bags for as long as we needed. VERY friendly. If I come back to Florence I will definitely be staying here. "

"The hotel is in a great location. You can walk from the train station and everywhere else in town. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that even though the hotel is very clean, it has a weird smell in the lobby. I wasn’t able to eat breakfast (which was included) because of the smell."
