Construction going on, with scarf folding all over the place, inside and out, lots of debris on balcony, therefore, unable to step out for fresh air."

"This property was conveniently located to Il Duomo and everything we wanted to see. The room had a great view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing I would warn you is to take cash to pay the city tax because this hotel insist it be paid in cash. Other hotels in Italy have accepted credit cards from me, so just be ready. "Lovely location, very friendly staff, the sky bar was so much fun. The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again. Luciano at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. "
