"Arrived on a Saturday afternoon, no parking available at the hotel. Parked in Magdolen at car park 2 mins walk from hotel and cheaper Check in was straightforward. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff we interacted with were friendly. Would stay again "

"Good value for money. Easy access from the station and for town. Only negative for us was that the duvet barely covered the mattress so we were left poking out each side! Thankfully the room was warm and the bed comfy!"

"Second stay here and again,a perfect choice for our Xmas shopping trip. Staff were excellent,friendly and helpful,food was lovely,room cozy and clean. Walkable to town with great mix of shops,beautiful cathedral with Xmas market. Happy to recommend."

"Fabulous hotel. luxury feel. Great location and great food in the restaurant. Parking is tight but we booked and the space was reserved for us. I doubt the BMW driver had reserved a space and ended up carelessly parked without a proper space or consideration for anyone else - resulting in a million point turn to get out of my pre-booked spot! "

"Room was very nice and modern with a great view of the sea. Bed was comfortable but was 2 singles stuck together and not a king size. Was a bit upset that the hotel nether got back to my email saying it was our wedding night and could they do something to mark the occasion in our room, but no answer or any surprises. Was also shocked that parking was £15 a night, even though it was November and there is plenty about if you look around. Last little moan was the quality of breakfast, stay away...
