"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was a lovely size with the added benefit of each bedroom having their own en-suite. The kitchen was the best equipped we have seen and had a lovely sized fridge/freezer. We cooked a meal and also a breakfast whilst there and the table seated all 10 of us with additional space. "There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. "This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8."

"Very comfortable and clean. Spacious and bright. Great water views and those of the bridge. There was a problem with the heating which the landlord took care of right away. We had everything we needed during our stay. We were not familiar with a gas stove (coming from Canada) and didn't want to risk using it. No instructions were provided. "Overall, we had a relatively seamless and happy stay at this house and enjoyed our time on the south coast. The house is beautifully furnished, if a little tired in places. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival but the property managing company were efficient and communicative and the problem was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, this did leave us to discover that the security camera that is positioned over the patio and hot tub was streaming to a laptop inside the locked boiler cabinet....
