The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. "Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay."

"The owners are absolutely lovely and incredibly inviting, always ready with helpful advice about the area. There is daily housekeeping which was good. The rooms were cosy and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with free parking available on nearby roads and just a short walk to into town. "

"Nikki and Ian were brilliant hosts, nothing you asked was to much bother. Breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted. All fresh ingredients even the bread was baked next door, would highly recommend."

"Stayed for one night while attending a Christmas party at a nearby farm shop. Suzanne was very welcoming when we arrived showing us where everything was. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. "
