"The location was great and the beach was beautiful. It was an easy location to walk to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent. The only negatives would be that the property is somewhat dated and we did not have hot water for showers."

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"Overall the resort was amazing. The general mgr was suppose to arrange dinner for us outside the resort. He decided to go home instead and never arranged the dinner. The other staff went above and beyond and arranged dinner reservations. I would definitely go back but I would spend extra money and get an ocean view. You only live once. "
