"We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!"

"Great accommodation beautiful place. We checked in after 6pm and the front desk staff was lovely guided to our room and told us what was around. We had informed the hotel it was our anniversary and they had beautifully decorated our room. We managed to go to the pool, sauna, jaccuzi and steam room the following morning of our stay which was amazing! It was quiet and wonderful experience. Would definitely come bacj again! "

"Restaurant staff were surly at best. Hotel is very tired with old furniture which has grubbiness to the edges and on the door handles. Not a Hilton by modern standards. Stay at the Premier Inn which is far cleaner and better value. There wasn't even a coffee machine at breakfast. Only sachets of Nescafe available despite multiple repeated requests for filter coffee. "
