"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). "The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again"

"Great communication from Cotel, check in was a breeze with the self servixe code provided. Top floor of 7Zero1, thank heavens for all the windows and the heat wave! Thankfully there a was a fan left. All amendities needed to return back and cook dinner, chill a bottle of wine and even have a pot of BJ in the freezer. All in all a great stay - thanks! "
