"I just want to express how pleased I was with my stay here. Before I even arrived, Alice effortlessly arranged for pickup from the airport for me and left me a nice little chocolate treat in my room upon arrival. Marcos the bellman was sweet and very helpful as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My only gripe (its an important one) was that they initially placed me in a room in an isolated corner near a stairwell,housekeeping closet & a strange LOUD humming noise. Also, the room phone...
