"Good option with hotel shuttle. if leaving the hotel to the airport make sure you book your time for the bus, you cannot just go down and get on the bus. The bus area is outside of Terminal 2, you have to walk across the street and up a small ramp area and the buses are there. we didn't know this when we arrived so we caught a taxi outside of the airport but we took the bus for our departure so now we know. clean room, nice bathroom. room service 24/7 and when we came downstairs at 2am people...

"Very friendly staff the front desk, very good inglish. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable, AC works great. Free breakfast is always good. Good valure for the price. Free airport shuttle and free WiFi ( works great) The restaurant is open 24 hours which is great however I would recommend the buffet vs the food from the menu. Burger and pizza are not great. "

"Everything was really good, i would like to say thank you for both guys that checked me in at the hotel (unfortunately i couldn’t get their both names) they’re very friendly and welcoming! The snacks and drinks available in the room is very convenient please keep that! Breakfast and lunch was awesome, delicious also very good and clean environment! "They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. "I love this hotel. It's a hidden gem in this part of São Paulo. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Staff are amazing - helpful, polite, friendly. On this particular trip I was provided with a room upgrade to the bridal suite. It was perfect because I had quite a lot of luggage and was able to spread out. I ate dinner at the rooftop bar and it was pleasant. This is my go-to hotel whenever I am in São Paulo."
