Great location close Paulista Ave, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping areas close by. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The gym is small but OK and the pool area was nice. The restaurant inside the hotel is good for easy bites and sandwiches. breakfast was good with food variety of fruits , Brazilian pastries, coffee and yogurt. The hot dishes were OK ( not much of a Brazilian breakfast).

Overall, I did enjoy my stay with the hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful with any needs I had. My biggest gripe for the stay was that there was no coffee or tea making equipment in the room, like a kettle etc.

Overall was good but you could do better
finishes inside the room seamed a little bit old fashioned and kind of rusty, the bed was good, but one lamp was broken and was tided up with maskin tape. the lights in the bath were all white and horrible bad experience in the bath, the water in the pool was cold so anyone gets inside. I had a way better experience in Windham Costa del sol in Lima peru, a newer hotel.

Very old hotel, smell of mold, I went to get a duvet and it had a strange green stain on it. I found the hotel to be very bad. the staff were attentive. I ended up leaving the hotel the day before, as I couldn't afford it.

I have already been in this hotel before, but now the experience was not quite good as it used to be. The front desk and housekeeping is good. The elevators need repair. The door closes so fast and so strongly that we must hurry in as soon as the door opens. I hurt my arm twice. Breakfast is regular. The staff in the kitchen takes 20 to 30 minutes to prepare an omelette. The variety of cheese are basically two, as well as bread. We needed to keep a medicine under low temperature (freezer) but they didn’t do it, as the restaurant has a different administration.

Unfortunately I was assigned to the 20th floor ( top floor) on a week with 32 degrees. That room #2006 had a very bad A/C therefore it was very uncomfortable due to hot room. On top, TV services was very bad too. Not happy at all.

I hate giving poor reviews but on this occasion I feel obliged as the Wyndham franchise is very respectable worldwide. I simply do not know if it was bad luck for me or if these mistakes are a regular occurrence. 1) Although my original reservation was made through hotels.com I arrived over a day early at the hotel to seek help in changing my booking due to an unexpected trip to Rio. The lady at front desk gave me conflicting information which resulted in unnecessary stress at the time. 😳 2) Having successfully changed the reservation due to hotels.com and Wyndham Staff figuring out who was responsible I committed to coming back for two more nights (16/7 & 17/7). The check in process went smoothly and the lady upgraded my room complimentary as a result of previous hassle. I was very appreciative of this. 3) However I wish that was the end but unfortunately it’s not. After getting to the room the WiFi was not working and colour of the water running from the shower was far from desirable. (See attached videos on Google) 🙃
