First and foremost the breakfast was very good. The bed mattress was very firm with just a bedsheet, no mattress pad and two flat overused standard pillows on queen size bed. The flooring wood tiles are warped with gaps in between. The glass shower stall has buildup soap scum and the sheer curtains has a large brown dirty discoloration on it.

What I did not like about the hotel room was it’s bathroom (small, no hangers to hang towels, takes ages to get hot water, and the overall quality of the interior and vibe), card keys that constantly fail to open the door (I had to run down to the reception desk to renew my key every time I come back to my room), surroundings of the hotel (definitely not a slum but you have to travel for quite a distance to find decent restaurants and cafes, for Paulista ave you need to get ready for a 15m long uphill hike) and, most of all, all the loud noises coming from the hallways. The door just fails miserably to block the noises. It was almost impossible for me to get some nap between 9-12 because of all the noises coming from the busy hallway.

Um bom hotel para passar pouco tempo

O hotel é simples, porém limpo, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, travesseiros não são bons, mas ok. O problema é a falta de isolaamento acústico da porta do quarto, se ouve todos barulhos que ocorrem do lado de fora, como pessoas conversando, batida de portas, etc

Péssimo

Reserva solicitada para 3 pessoas, chegamos com um quarto que tinha somente uma cama de casal. Dormimos apertados eu, minha esposa e minha filha, no meio da noite o ar parou de funcionar. Da janela do quarto facilmente vê-se uma boca de fumo nos fundos. Não recomendo.
