"Checking in was pleasant & smooth. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenities were more than adequate. It was a ine night stay so I cannot comment on any other aspects of the establishment. Recommended."

"The property was central to what I required for my stay in KL. The hotel lacked the provisions to be able to eat a breakfast. no fried eggs available-scramble eggs cold every day that I stayed . For Rm42 the breakfast rating is zero. One morning the breakfast Bar ran out of bake beans, why with kitchen staff on sight. My 15 day stay was great."

"Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night."

"The hotel did many things right, they made a special effort for our 3 year old, gave us a free upgrade on check-in, and generally made an effort to provide good service. The room and pool were also very clean. The buffer breakfast had a good selection of quality food. Unfortunately, the quality of service wasn’t consistent across all staff.
