"This is a beautiful hotel but a bit impersonal. We were there 3 nights and staff didn't really speak with us except to check us in. Our room on the eighth floor had the most amazing view of Madrid. The hotel is under construction so some amenities were not available but the bedding was very nice and we made the most of our stay."

"Excellent location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Restaurants near or in walking distance. Staff were very professional and courteous. Room was lovely and clean! We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening....

"It was a pity that my reservation was cancelled as I arrived one day later. They said they had sent a message , but this wasn't the case. So had to make a whole new reservation , I find this not service minded. "
