Although the hotel is located on the very busy Fleet St - the orientation of the court means that it is a wonderfully quiet hotel - probably the quietest I have stayed in while in London. Most of the staff I encountered were very nice and professional - just the early morning check out at the front...

"Me, my husband and two children under two had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for my 30th birthday weekend. The staff went above and beyond. From the moment we entered to the moment we left they were so kind and accommodating. The location was perfect and we had the most perfect view of the tower bridge and the Shard. Breakfast was lovely too with enough variety. I hope we can stay again sometime."
