Our kids used the pullout sofas with extra bedding. Lovely bathrooms. The location is quiet, safe, and an easy 10 min walk to the Old Street underground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. "Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"We loved our stay, the property is clean, very modern and very comfortable. Myself and 2 teenage children had incredible sleeps, the bedding and pillows were so comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, we were easily able to cook, we even had bread, water and milk provided by the host on arrival which was a nice touch. The host was very accommodating to our late arrival on checkin day and responded quickly to all requests. Would definitely stay again! "
