"We were in Cleveland to be at the Taussig Cancer Institute. The location of the hotel is ideal! The shuttle service made it easy to access the hospital and restaurants within a 3 mile radius. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included hot items and fresh fruit, not so in many other hotels. The staff was warm and friendly and willing to help us in anyway that they could. Will be returning in the future."

"First time staying and overall it was a good experience and we will definitely stay again! Didn’t like that breakfast was $25 and not $16 like advertised! Staff were great especially when we had to switch rooms! The free shuttle was definitely a huge plus!!! Plus having warm cookies was a nice treat!!"

"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "
