"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely. "Absolutely breathtaking industrialist era hotel. Even the restaurant is head and shoulders above the big name chain we are accustomed to. The decor, ambiance and old world design is married well with the modern convenience. I will come back just to stay at a proper hotel for once. Well Done. "

Such a great hotel in downtown Cleveland.

"This was just the cutest & most fun hotel to stay at. We only stayed for one night & I wish we had booked a second night. The vibe inside the hotel is so cool. The restaurant for breakfast was really good, huge portions. The rooms had a lot of charm to them with the tall ceilings & wooden shutters on the windows. Will DEFINITELY stay here again. "
