"Absolutely adored our stay at the Heritage. From signing in to signing out we had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Our only bit of feedback- and I’m scraping the barrel here- is that it would be nice to have smart TVs and drop the sky as it makes for better watching but with all the entertainment in the area and the stunning scenery there was little time for TV anyway. The fires roaring in the lobby, the views from the restaurant, it all made for a very warm experience. The staff were very friendly! We didn’t get to experience the soaking tubs because they were in high demand, so we suggest booking your soaks ahead of time!"

It was really expensive ($30 pp if you don't pre-book it, or $20 pp if you pre-book) and it's a buffet, but the eggs and beans were always cold. It didn't matter if we were the first ones there in the morning, still cold. The quality of the food provided in the buffet was not worth the price, and in fact, by the end of our stay, most of us preferred not to eat at all rather than eat that breakfast. ...
