"The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We plan stay there the next time we go to Fukuoka, Japan."

"The hotel location is good (subway just few mins away), but the room size is relatively small as for twin bed. The bed is too soft. Public bath might get over crowded at late night and suprisingly in the morning. Breakfast was great. There are lots of shopping malls and resturants around. Overall is still a great place to stay."

"Great location. Deco may be dated but it looks great still, is in good condition and is clean. Porter, door and valet staff are all super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff aren’t as friendly or helpful unfortunately. Their concierge service is lacking - they didn’t seem to have one and when we asked the front desk for restaurant recommendations they just told us to walk around the area which wasn’t helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again. "
