The negatives were lack of hot water during peak times, morning and early evening. Staff members informed me that hot water can run out because the boiler is in the basement and takes a while to go up to the 5th floor. "Very kid friendly with a playroom, games and a pool with a slide and kiddie pool area. Easy walk to the village. Unfortunately there's a massive construction project that is noisy. I'm sure when it's complete it will be beautiful but for the time being it's an eye sore. Since there's no AC in the building (which could've been better advertised) the windows needed to be open so you couldn't escape the construction noise. Additionally the dead bolt didn't work in our room. "

"My family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room! We rented skis from a place in Silverthorne and were able to hang the skis in the garage and leave boots out there. We did not park in the garage because of this but it was very handy to be able to put winter gear on/off just inside the garage and then go into the garage to put boots on and grab skis and make the very short walk to the bus stop.
