"Beware that this is 4.5 hours away from the San Jose Airport! They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. "It’s one of the least expensive options for staying in town in Santa Teresa but still a lot of money for no hot water or seating options besides hard benches or hammocks. Staff was mostly very nice.
