The staff was exceptional and the service, while at times longer, was also high-quality. This resort doesn’t necessarily stay open very late and is for someone looking for a more laidback atmosphere. "Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "

"Huge swimming pool with swim up bar is amazing. Buffet meals are excellent. BUT rooms are tired and need updating. ALSO there are no real 2 bedroom units. Instead they are one bedroom units with 2 beds = Big difference!"
