"Es mi segunda visita a Florencia y decidi volver al mismo hotel por su excelente ubicacion, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de trenes, la brillante atencion por parte del personal del hotel. Es muy comodo, calido, limpio, excelente desayuno. La unica critica es el pesimo servicio de internet que tiene. Si bien son cosas que pueden fallar de manera temporal, en mis 2 visitas sucedio lo mismo."

"Hotel Cavour was perfect. It is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Florence. They have an amazing breakfast and the rooftop bar is awesome. It is loud at night and the rooms do not have air conditioning. That said, to keep the room cool I kept the window open but I found it hard to sleep due to outside noise."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful! The bathroom was not nice at all... dirty and in a state of disrepair (towel rack in tub/shower area is hanging out of the wall). The location is in an industrial area so there is little around but it is easy to get around from there by car or train"
