"We stayed here to be close to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea on our trip vs. taking train from Tokyo. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the direction of Hotel Okura and Toy Story Hotel. The hotel staff was supportive, friendly and patient. Though we were early for our check-in, we are able to place our bags at the bell desk. "Nice location for the theme parks nearby, and easy access via a dedicated rail line. Rooms were clean and suitable, but the beds are quite firm. There was only one restaurant open in the hotel so dining options weren't great, so had to venture out for food. In saying that, there is a nice convenience store in the lobby area.
