"This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. The staff were so accommodating and kind. They made me feel very appreciated which is what a successful business should always do. The hotel is a few mins walk from the #52 bus stop, in a very quiet area. It was immaculately clean I felt as though I was in a nicer hotel than I had originally booked. "Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."
