Very good communication despite the language barrier, excellent location takes 40 minutes of public transport to make it to all the hotspots of Tokyo and is easily accessible from the airport as well.

Nice family friendly property with walkable distance from Metro station and close by convenience stores. All required utensils and rice cooker a big plus. Neat and clean. Self check-in was well guided and checkout was even more easy.

I Love this area and will come back to stay at Minn Nishikasai hotel. The hotel is equip with stove, refrigerator, nice essential oils shower gel and also shampoo and conditioner. 7-11 is 2 mins, Lawson store 2mins, Nishikasai metro 5 min easy walk and i have back problems. There are lots of small restaurants everywhere. The stadf is very courtesies and polite and helpful. You can check in on a ipad and communicate through the ipad easily as well. Checkout is quick with QR code..

Great place for an extended stay, if you like minimal contact. All interactions are done through a tablet at the front desk, can be a bit difficult to figure out when requesting things, but staff is responsive. The sink filter had large pieces of food, visible through the cover, from the previous guest. Overall good place to lay your head.

We enjoyed our stay here. A short walk away from the station. 7 eleven across the street. 1 min walk to the Lawson downstairs. There’s a good hibatchi place in the area to get dinner. This property is very family friendly and the laundry on property is very useful. 15-20min taxi ride to Disney Resort. The on property management is very responsive via the front desk iPad. Even though it seems like there is no front desk there is someone on property to answer your requests for more trash bags or towels if needed. We will stay here again if we come back. The large twin size beds were able to fit my wife, 3yr old and 8yr old. I slept on the top bunk. The ac worked very well in our unit against the summer heat.

Very clean and near train station. Safe neighborhood. Kitchen is equipped for light cooking. Near 3 different convenience stores & pharmacy. I think it will be tight for 4 people as there are 4 beds (one is bunk bed) but doable. There is also a washer & a dryer on site but I didn’t have time to use them. Will use this place again when I go back to Disney sea & Disney Tokyo.

Low price but far away from the main city, that's the trade off. We drove a car so it is fine, about 30 mins from the main city area. The train station is not far actually about 5-10 mins walk, lots of food and shops around the station. There's a Lawson and AEON supermarket just below the hotel. No on site parking but lots of coin operated car parks around the hotel.
