"Lovely property but very much an old building so a lot of walking to rooms, restaurant and pool areas going up and down stairs. Not ideal if you have a pram or lots of luggage. Picturesque location with a pub next door. "

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. She advised us the night potter would make up our room. We arrived later and check in with him. He just gave us the keys, didn't tell us where the room was. We proceed to wonder around trying to find our room. So we asked him on the way, he said take a left at the door and it is just there. And that he had told me...

The room was comfortable and there are extras included bottled water and snacks Couple of bad points. £5 to park over night. The room still have a tub of fruit under the sofa bed not removed from a previous guest We stay in Bristol regularly and would use this hotel again "

"Comfortable and clean facilities with good support staff. Very convenient location for Cheltenham shops and facilities. Lift was not very reassuring but otherwise perfect. "

"Met some friends in Cheltenham, decided for an improv stay over as it was going to be a late one. Booked online and 10 minutes got the key for the room. This has been the 4th tim in 12 mo ths we have stsyed at this hotel and it is our go to. Super friendly staff, easy parking, ce trally located and the hotel has an amazing bar! The rooms are always well maintained and nicely decorated."
