"A bit of a walk, but it is a very nice walk and the views are spectacular. Breakfast was also a must. Very well done hotel and cosy reception. Lounge area is also very relaxing. I had an issue with a bathroom leak in the shower but it probably not common, I let the staff know."

"Hotel was good but walls were extremely thin. We could hear road noise (not a busy main road) and outside chatter all evening. We could also hear other couples all night and bathroom pipes from other rooms."

"It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne. "
