"Charming boutique hotel with a bicycle theme. Rooms are small but well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal if you arrive in Strasbourg by train yet still only a ten minute walk into the old town. Busses and streetcars are also close nearby for further travel. The 20 Euro breakfast is not a bad value with good variety not limited to croissants and coffee. I would stay again."

"I loved the location. So close to the Christmas markets. Only thing, it’s so close that when I arrived, my taxi couldn’t drop me off in front. I had to walk with my luggage about 2-3 blocks. I was exhausted from travel so that was an unpleasant surprise. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and sink which is unusual to me. But comfortable room with great location. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

"The room was small even by European standards They had a huge American size Queen bed that was too big for the room. We had less than a foot on each side of the bed to move around or open a suitcase. Drove us nuts If they had a reasonable size bed for the room it would be so much nicer. Also, breakfast was terrible. They were out of eggs and bread. We asked for our money back. It is a new hotel, and very clean. The staff was friendly but need to get their act together to get a good rating...
