The location in the old town is great for walking, however the streets are closed during the Christmas markets so we had to wheel our luggage a few blocks to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The propery is a bit run down and in need of refurbishment. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the vanity had a gash in it, the carpet was worn and the towels were a bit dingy and scratchy. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Strasbourg Stay
Room was very comfortable and hotel well located. Food in hotel restaurant (both buffet breakfast and dinner) was excellent as was the service. The only thing that should be changed is the carpeting in the room — it was looking its age and should be replaced with flooring that is easier to clean.

This is a wonderful hotel! This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond at checkout to get us to our departure bus at the train station so we would not miss out flight. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful service!
