"The owners do not seem to use the VRBO app messages because we never got any response from them or any check/in instructions. Tried messaging multiple times. Finally got through via phone call but with limited English getting instructions for accessing the rental was challenging. If we had gotten instructions via messages we could have translated. Once inside the rental was very spacious. And the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was good and the beds were comfortable. The low curlings were a problem as my husband hit his head a few times. Top floor apartment with slanted roof so even though you know the ceilings are low, just walking around you can occasionally hit your head. The listing states washer and dryer but there is no dryer, just a clothes rack to hang the clothes. That was disappointing. Other that dryer to the listing was accurate and pictures did depict slanted roof. It was just lower than we expected. The owner was very nice and tried hard to communicate with us as best she could. We used an electronic translator when we could. She was a very nice person. We would recommend this place to others with the cations identified above."
