"Staff were lovely. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The food was great. However the free flowing alcohol did not make it a very Muslim friendly environment. Europeans were very rude. But the hotel and staff were great. On our last day there was some deck renovations happening which caused a headache but then we went during a low peak time so work was happening around the site. Staff in the spa were great. "

"Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all. "This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."
