"Enjoyable albeit brief stay, good leisure facilities, only complaint would be that after forgetting to pick up my phone charger and cable on check out it's not been passed to lost and found by the room staff."

"The hotel was very nice. Good location being so close to Victoria Station and quite a few very good dining options. Would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London"

"Stayed overnight prior to flight the next morning. Check-in was very quick as I had pre-booked. I was on the second floor, however the lift was broken, so I had to lag my bags up 2 flights of stairs. Help was available if required though. The room was clean and the bed comfy (which is the main thing), although I found the towels to be a bit hard/abrasive. Even though it is right next to the runway and a main road (Bath Road), the hotel itself was not too noisy. Also helped that there is a bus...

Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."
